META Prototype #2
Hello everybody!
A new update is here, with a boatload of features and gameplay tweaks.
- 4 NEW HEROES
- DIFFERENT SPELL TYPES (channeled, aoe, disables)
- ARMOR and PIERCING DAMAGE
- LEARN HEROES MENU
- REVAMPED MANA MECHANICS
- UNIT STATES (Taunted, Feared, Stunned)
- GAMEPLAY TEMPO BALANCING
After the successful Prototype #1 launch, I have managed to gather loads of feedback which really solidified and proved that the concept I am aiming for is interesting and enjoyable.
With these new foundations, I now have a solid base on which I can add many more Heroes and create a rich, deep and satisfying PVP combat that truly has a potential to grow into something worth taking to market.
The next phase in concepting will be addition of at least 8 more Heroes (reaching a total of 15) and adding a mechanic that I am most interested in:
SHARED HERO POOL:
The main idea behind it is to see how will the game behave when the opponent can break your familiar Hero composition, forcing you to learn about other Heroes and adapt to the strategy and match progression.
Hope you all enjoy the new update as much as I did making it.
